A while back in the BloodRayne forum we posted the incentive for issue 3. Since we’ve had a couple months to play around, the artist, Michael DiPascal had a chance to revisit it, tweak, reshape, basically tear it apart and start with something new. Something that I’m sure you’ll agree came out pretty awesome.

Also, recently we’ve changed the print quantities on Limited Edition covers here at Digital Webbing Central. E-Man: Dolly was the first one affected by this. BloodRayne from this point on will have Limited Edition covers clocking in at 300 copies made. How’s that for a rare collectible?

The new Diamond Previews catalog hits on August 29th and we have some goodies you need to buy!

First up is Visions of BloodRayne, a squarebound, prestige format 56 page book of nothing but the best of the best in covers and pinups. We’re even thinking of adding some sort of cover enhancement to really make this stand out. This is a true collectible for any BloodRayne fan. If you miss this, you’re going to miss a very hot book!

Next up is the return of Sword of Dracula. To help bring some attention to the launch, we brought along everyone’s favorite vampire from another planet; Vampirella. This issue also marks the return of original Sword of Dracula artist Greg Scott back to the title he’s known for. Is this how you relaunch a comic or what?

And last but not least; Digital Webbing Presents readers are already familiar with the bounty hunter from the future known as Crazy Mary. This issue collects all the stories from the long-running anthology. Crazy Mary’s first appearance was one of the first issue’s of DWP to sell out so this is your chance to experience her story if you missed it the first time.

I’ll tell you this. Eventually this will become reality even if it’s a extremely limited edition of like 3 for 4 in existence. As they say in the Golden Age, “Count on it, Bunky!”

That’s right — Fist of Justice gets his own mag this December! Originally slated to appear in the last issue of Digital Webbing Presents (#36), we’ve decided to just spin him off into his own series. Everyone likes a #1, even Fist of Justice! We’re starting out slow so there will be a 3 month span inbetween issues until we can find a regular artist or get waaaay ahead.

But check it out, we have some great stuff planned; a crossover with E-Man drawn by Joe Staton, a crossover with ShadowHawk, and a crossover with The Corpse. Then there’s still that FOJ vs Zombies story which will be 22 pages of zombie smashing goodness. Our goal is to get 6 issues out a year.

Punks Update!

Diamond has had (Punks) since Tuesday, so with any luck it should be hitting the shelves on the 29th!
